How do I use a promotional code?

Once you've added your customized photobook to the cart, you will have a Promotional Code field. Insert the code and click the arrow. The promotional code will be applied to your order.

How long before I receive my order?

Your order is processed and printed within 5-6 days. It will then be delivered via courier.

Does Albumora verify the order before sending it to print?

Albumora does no check, edit or modify the content of your photobook, because we do not want to alter what you have created using the online editor. Therefore, please carefully verify the photobook's content before placing the order. Please check the project both in preview mode and in edit mode.

How can I verify my photobook's content and preview its content before placing the order?

In the My Projects, section alongside every project, edit the project that you want to preview. Once inside the application you have access to the Preview. button.

How do I check my order's status?

In the My Account - Orders section you have access to the entire history of your orders.

How do I know if an order is placed?

Each time an order is received, you will be sent a confirmation to the email address connected to your account.

If I ordered multiple products, will I receive a single package?

Depending on the items present in your order, it is possible to receive multiple packages. The different types of products (photobooks, calendars, photographs) from the same order can be printed and delivered separately.

What happens after I order?

After ordering, the projects are processed and then will be printed. Once the order is sent to print, changes can no longer be made. Also, the order can no longer be cancelled.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

If your order has not yet been sent to print, cancellation is possible. Please click on My Account, then click Orders. You will get a summary of your orders made on this website. If it was not yet sent to print, the order can be canceled here. However, if it was sent to print, we can not cancel or refund due to the particular nature of the products requiring printing.

Can I make changes to my photobook after I placed the order?

Please check carefully before ordering your photobook. Once you have placed your order, you have 2 hours at your disposal to make changes. These changes will be found in your PHOTOBOOK. Any changes made after the 2 hours will not be considered. To see how much time you still have available to make changes, go to your Orders to see the exact time the order was placed.

I forgot to add a promotional code. What do I do?

Unfortunately, it is impossible to retroactively apply promotional codes. From the moment you placed the order, you have 2 hours to cancel the order and place it again, this time applying the promotional code. To find out how much time you still have available to cancel an order, go to My Orders. We invite you to carefully place a new order remembering to also apply the promotional code (when the order is added to the cart or during the next step, where the promotional code field is available on the right side, of the page, in the the summary or the order).

Can I use more than one promotional code for an order?

Our system allows the use of only one promotional code per order

Where can I see the previous orders I've placed on this site?

Click on My Account at the top right side of the site, then click Orders. On this page you can see the complete history of the orders that you made on this site.

There is a spelling mistake in my photo book. I would like to return it.

Albumora does not accept returns of products that have spelling mistakes. Please carefully verify your photobooks and validate their content before ordering.

I am not satisfied with the received products. Where can I send them back to?

We are at your disposal for answering any requests regarding the quality of our products and services. We take responsibility for our products workmanship. However, we do not take responsibility for any error caused to third parties. Still, if you are not satisfied with a product, please take photos of the elements of the product that you are not satisfied with and send an email at contact@albumora.com.

What if my product has printing errors or is damaged?

If the product you received has binding or printing errors that were made by Albumora, contact us and we will do our best to remedy this situation. Please provide details about the errors and which pages they are located on.
